Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, order processing and delivery may take longer than normal.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.

REFUND POLICY

Items shipped from Quality Horseman can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.  We do not accept the return of any digital download or digital-only products.  All items must be returned unused in original condition. May be subject to a restocking fee. See restocking fee policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us at qualityhorseman.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

All products leave our store in brand new condition. Items damaged in shipment should be refused if possible. If items are delivered by the postal service in your absence and have damage to the package or are damaged, please contact us for instructions on returning the item for replacement or a full refund. 

Note:

Any products(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Product(s) eligible for return must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact us at: qualityhorseman.net and we will guide you through the process.

We do not refund the original shipping fees on returned items.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Restocking fees:

Items eligible for return that are returned after the original 14 day return window are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned in as-new condition. Items showing signs of use or damage or other signs of wear and unable to be sold as new are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
